Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the size, and the weight of your order. These charges will be visible before you complete your purchase.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: Since all our furniture is handcrafted and made to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before dispatch.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout or via email after shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
