All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our furniture, all purchases are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before making a purchase if you have any questions or need more information about a product (e.g., dimensions, materials, finish, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vaagu.in.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your message:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the outer packaging

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
